Favorite thing about fingerboarding: The inclusiveness of the community. Also, how quicky you can form a connection with someone by having a shared hobby.
How you got started fingerboarding: I saw some kids playing with Tech Decks when I was at a swim camp in California. Fast forward two months to the first day of school and they were EVERYWHERE. Ended up convincing my mom to take me to Toys R Us that night!

Message to the new generation of kids: Have fun, be kind, and fingerboard everyday!
Favorite music, books, shows, movies:
Most listened to artist this year was Carbon Based. Favorite book is A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man by James Joyce, fave show is either Dark or Legend of the Galactic Heroes, and favorite movie is Maltese Falcon.
Fingerboard setup: I always have the following two setups:

30mm Berlinwood shaped by Mike Schneider + BRT 3.0 + Blistered V3 FF
26mm Prete + Dynamic 26mm + Flatface G8 Buttercup
